Return Policy

1. What is your Cancellation Policy?

For pre-paid order cancellations, before shipping the order will be refunded immediately. However, if a pre-paid order has been shipped, please wait for it to return to our warehouse for the refund to take place.

2. What is your Return Policy?

You can return the item(s) for store credit or exchange. All returns must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. We don’t accept returns after the 24 hours period.
Incase you receive a damaged package please ensure to record the opening video of the same. Also if the piece is damaged or you have received a different piece than which you ordered please record the opening video of the parcel received and contact us on the details mentioned. 
Please note: We ask that all returned items be returned in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept worn or damaged items. If a worn or damaged item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you. 3. I have received a damaged product, what should I do?

In case you receive a damaged item, please record an opening video &  inform us through email on or whatsapp us on our number +91-9987865898 and we will send a replacement.

4. Do you arrange for a Reverse Pick-up?

Reverse pickup is not applicable on all order. You will have to send it back to us on the address mentioned.

5. Can I choose a different item in exchange?

You can exchange an item with any other item available. If you’re asking for an exchange of equal or lesser value, we’ll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If you’re asking for an exchange of greater value, we will need your payment information to charge you the balance, with the shipping charges covered by us. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you Eunoiaa credit instead. If you do not want the credit, you can email us and change it out for a different item(s).

6. When will I receive the replacement?

Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:

  • (i) The item(s) should be unused.

  • (ii) The packaging should have the original packaging tags in place.

    Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

    7. What is your Refund Policy?

    You can choose for refund to the original payment source or to your Eunoiaa wallet as store credit which can be used on subsequent purchases you make on Please note: All refunds are processed only after we have received your original order in our warehouse. Refunds are initiated every Friday on a weekly basis.
